The Minimal Support package is designed for the experienced international traveler who has limited time.

The package covers the basic support needed for running the marathon with little sightseeing activities included.

Package Includes

Additional Race Support (included with all of our packages)

  • Transportation to the start in our private busOur hotel is a short walk from the Stadium and the finish. All finishers will walk back to the hotel.

Minimal Support Information Below (2026)
  • Depart your home city (Nov 4th if you are traveling from the U.S. or Canada)ARRIVE in Athens November 5th, between 10 am and 7 pm. Check the time differences from your home city to Athens. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is provided for arrivals.
    Our packages are presented in English and are available to anyone around the world.
    Depart hotel Nov. 9th
    The hotel is next to the Acropolis and the new Acropolis Museum and an easy walk to the Plaka and the Stadium.

    Package price:
    Price: $1,260.00 per person, double occupancy.
    ($100.00 off for non-runners)

    Single supplement: $260.00     (if you are rooming by yourself)

    Payment Info: $300 per person at time of booking, balance is due August 28th. (Your personal check is welcomed.).
    Airfare is not included.

    ** Airport transfer to the hotel is provided for you if you are arriving Nov. 5th between 10 am and 7 pm, the start of the package. If you are arriving outside of those times you will need to take a taxi at an approximate cost (50 to 55 euros.
    After midnight 15 euros extra. Contact us for more details. ) Departure transfers from the hotel to the airport are not included with Minimal Support Package. Our staff will review the various options with you.
    Traveler Information and Conditions
  • Day 1
    (Wednesday, November 4)    Depart your home city (US or Canada) to arrive in Athens November 5
  • Day 2
    (Thursday, November 5 Start of the Min. Sup. Package.)    Arrive in Athens
    Airport transfers are provided for you if you are arriving November 6th between 10 am and 7 pm. If you are outside our normal arrival times You will need to take a regular taxi, please contact us for further details.
    Please check in with our staff members at the hotel upon arrival.
  • Day 3
    (Friday, November 6)    Buffet breakfast included
    9:45 am...you will be taken to the EXPO on a private bus.
    After the EXPO, city walking tour and tour of the Stadium. The walking tour ends by the Acropolis and the museum. (You will have time to explore them on your own.)
    Lunch on your own and evening free.
  • Day 4
    (Saturday, November 7)    Buffet breakfast included
    10:15 am race orientation. Lunch on your own. Please confirm the time with our staff at the hotel.
    6:00 pm pasta dinner at the hotel
  • Day 5
    (Sunday, November 8 RACE DAY)    A light continental breakfast included.
    6:00 am depart to the marathon start on our private bus. (included in additional race support)
  • Day 6
    (Monday, November 9)    Depart the hotel (Departure transfers from the hotel to the airport are not included with the Minimal Support Package. Our staff will review and assist you with the various options.)
